Hiking Wahkeena Falls in the Columbia River Gorge

Yesterday I went on a hike at Wahkeena Falls here in the Gorge. It was beautiful out!

The weather was perfect hiking weather. I love fall here in Oregon. It reminds me of home. Plus, the woods look more or less like what I'm used to (except for all the trees changing colors), so it's pretty nice!

After my hike I went to the Bhaktishop for my workshop. I feel like I learned a lot. We also did an hour of intense yoga and I felt like a million bucks. Like the best natural high ever. Hiking + intense yoga is a good day for Brittany.

I came home, where Jonathan was prepping veggies for lentil soup I was planning on making for dinner. Yes, I took pictures, but those pictures will be for Monday's post. I don't have a lot of time right this second, but will later. I just wanted to share these beautiful fall photos and wish everyone well! I hope everyone is having a great weekend!

  2. Completely agreed! Hiking is one of my absolutely favorite things to do. I hadn't been on a hike since we were on our vacation back in September. WAY too long. I was going stir crazy. Jonathan didn't want to go on a hike so I had to go without him. I *needed* to get outside.
